Pipe Floater
PMS pipe floaters are used in many kinds of marine industries, like dredging and drainage of waste materials. Due to its light and compact nature, it can be handled and clamped to the pipes easily and quickly.
Pipe floats are suitable for use where the water level is low due to low draft. It is 3 times longer than steel or concrete floats. Resistant to corrosion. The smoothly clamped pipe holders show a constant buoyancy even under heavy weight.
We have 4 different sizes of pipe floaters with 220 liters, 600 liters, 800 liters, and 1000-liter capacities. We can custom design and manufacture shapes or sizes according to customer requirements. The floater is filled with PU(Polyurethane) or PS(Polystyrene), so if it cracks or gets damaged, the pipes will continue to float. The polyethylene body ensures resistance against corrosion and a life span there times that of concrete and steel floaters.
